2008 Courses
Note#1: The instructions have been modified to indicate that they are 2008 instructions. Where they previously may have said 2003 or 2002c, they now will say 2008(2003) indicating that this is the current instruction and it is the same as the 2003 instructions. So you do have the correct printout.
Note #2: All of the instructions have been reformatted to fit on 8 1/2x11 paper.
